1. Your relationship with getbots.io
This Creator Agreement supplements the Marketplace Terms. It applies when you submit or publish a template. You remain an independent creator, not an employee, agent, partner, or representative of Manifest Labs LLC or getbots.io.
2. Ownership and license to getbots.io
You keep ownership of your template and related materials. You grant getbots.io a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, deliver, and promote the listing and reasonable excerpts from it for operating and marketing the marketplace. This license ends when the listing is removed, except for prior marketing materials, buyer entitlements, backups, legal records, and uses needed to resolve disputes.
3. Your promises
- You have all rights and permissions needed to list, license, and deliver the template.
- Your listing is accurate and does not conceal material dependencies, recurring third-party costs, or limitations.
- Your content and conduct comply with law, third-party platform rules, privacy obligations, and getbots.io policies.
- You will provide reasonable support for broken access and material listing errors.
- You will not manipulate upvotes, purchases, downloads, or creator analytics.
4. Email-gated downloads
If you require an email address for a free download, getbots.io may share the downloader's account email only after displaying your identity and recording the downloader's agreement to sharing for delivery and support. You may use that email only for those purposes unless the downloader separately opts into marketing or you have another valid lawful basis.
You must secure lead data, honor deletion and unsubscribe requests, avoid selling or sharing it, and stop using it when it is no longer needed. You are independently responsible for your handling of any email after receipt.
5. Paid sales and the 5% platform fee
Paid listings remain disabled until getbots.io completes its tax and payments launch gate. When enabled, you will connect and maintain an eligible Stripe account. Each buyer charge will be made directly on your connected account, and you will be the identified seller for the transaction unless applicable law requires a different treatment.
getbots.io will collect 5% of the gross template price as an application fee. Stripe processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, transaction taxes, withholding, currency conversion, payout fees, and other disclosed third-party costs are additional deductions. A 5% fee is not a promise that your net proceeds will equal 95% of the price.
6. Payouts, reserves, refunds, and disputes
Stripe controls identity verification, payment acceptance, payout timing, and account requirements. getbots.io may pause paid listings or payouts when required by Stripe, law, suspected fraud, unresolved buyer claims, or a negative balance.
You authorize getbots.io and Stripe to deduct or recover refunds, dispute amounts, fees, taxes, and other amounts you owe from your connected balance or future proceeds. You must cooperate with reasonable evidence requests and keep enough funds available to cover likely refunds and disputes.
7. Taxes and records
You are responsible for income and business taxes on your earnings, for providing accurate tax and identity information, and for keeping appropriate records. Transaction-tax collection follows the Tax Responsibilities Policy and applicable law; marketplace laws can assign collection duties to getbots.io even when you are the seller for the charge.
8. Removal and termination
You may stop new sales by unpublishing a listing, but existing buyers keep the license and access promised at purchase unless removal is legally required. getbots.io may reject, suspend, or remove a listing or creator account for policy violations, legal risk, fraud, excessive disputes, or service protection. Provisions concerning ownership, licenses already granted to buyers, payments, taxes, records, disputes, and liability survive termination where necessary.
