getbots.io currently offers free template saves only, so there are no purchase payments to refund. This policy will apply when paid listings are enabled.
Digital products
Because access to a digital template is normally delivered immediately, purchases are generally final once access has been supplied, except where a refund is required by law or the purchase qualifies below.
Where local law provides a withdrawal right for digital content, checkout may request your express consent to immediate delivery and your acknowledgement that the withdrawal right is lost once delivery begins, to the extent the law permits.
Eligible refund reasons
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- The file or access method is unusable and the creator cannot provide a working replacement within a reasonable time.
- The delivered product is materially different from the listing at the time of purchase.
- The transaction was unauthorized, subject to verification.
- Applicable consumer law requires a refund.
How to request a refund
Submit the request through the getbots.io support channel shown with the order within 14 days of purchase, or within any longer period required by law. Include the order, the problem, and reasonable evidence. getbots.io may ask the creator to troubleshoot before deciding the request.
Dissatisfaction with AI output alone is not normally grounds for a refund when the template matches its description, because third-party models and user inputs can change results.
Refunds, fees, and disputes
Creators authorize getbots.io to issue eligible refunds through the connected Stripe account and to recover the refunded amount, associated taxes, dispute costs, and any platform fee returned to the buyer from current or future creator proceeds.
A card dispute does not guarantee a refund under this policy. getbots.io and the creator may provide transaction and access records to the payment provider. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
